Please read these terms carefully before using the services provided by TimeWiser Educational Institute. These terms govern your use of our website, exam booking services, and educational materials.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website and services of TimeWiser Educational Institute ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Services Provided
TimeWiser Educational Institute acts as an authorized preparation and booking partner for various English proficiency examinations, including but not limited to:
- Oxford ELLT (English Language Level Test)
- IELTS Academic & General Training
- LanguageCERT International ESOL
- Duolingo English Test
While we facilitate the booking process and provide preparatory materials, the final certification is issued directly by the respective testing body.

All exam bookings are subject to availability. When you book a test through our platform:
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our refund policy aligns with the strict guidelines of our testing partners.
- Cancellations 14+ days before test: Eligible for a 70% refund.
- Cancellations within 14 days: Non-refundable, except in medical emergencies (proof required).
- Rescheduling: Allowed once free of charge if requested 7 days prior to the exam date.
Note: Promotional vouchers and discounted packages are strictly non-refundable once the preparatory material has been accessed.
5. Success Guarantee Policy
Our success guarantee is defined as follows: TimeWiser commits to providing continued coaching and re-test support at no additional administrative cost until the student achieves their required score, provided the student:
- Attends 90% of scheduled coaching sessions.
- Completes all assigned mock tests.
- Follows the prescribed study plan.
Failure to adhere to the study plan voids the success guarantee.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.
Academic dishonesty, including cheating on mock exams or attempting to defraud testing partners, will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
TimeWiser Educational Institute shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
